These instructions will help you setup your WorldSpice email account
in Netscape 6, Netscape 7, or Mozilla. WorldSpice customers' email addresses
end in one of the following four domains:
- wnm.net
- wspice.com
- netten.net
- mem.net
In the main window, go to the Edit menu and
select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.

Deleting Old Accounts
It may be helpful to delete old and incorrectly
configured email accounts before adding new ones. To do so:
- In the Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings window, select the
account you want to delete by clicking on its name in the list at the left.
- Click the Remove Account button.
- Confirm that you want to delete the account by clicking the OK button.
Repeat these steps for other accounts you want to
delete.

In the Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings
window, click the Add Account button.

The wizard begins by asking you what type of account you
want to set up. Select Email account and click Next.

The wizard then asks for your name and email address.
Enter your real name. When you email other people, this is the name they
will see in the "From" line of your messages. Then enter your complete email
address and click Next.

Select POP as the incoming server type. For
Incoming server:
- If your email address ends in wnm.net, use mail.wnm.net.
- If your email address ends in wspice.com, use mail.wspice.com.
- If your email address ends in netten.net, use mail.netten.net.
- If your email address ends in mem.net, use mail.mem.net.

The wizard asks you for your User Name. If your
email address ends in mem.net, your username is your full email address,
i.e. username@mem.net. Otherwise, your username is the first part of
your email address (before the @ sign). Click Next.

The Account Name is the identifier by which this
email account will be named. The default, your email address, is suitable, but
you may want to use something like "WorldSpice Email". Type in your preference
and click Next.

Click Finish.

You will see the new account you created in the list at
the left side of the Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings window. Now
select Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the list at the left.

For Server Name:
- If you have Internet access through WorldSpice, use mail.wnm.net.
- If you have Internet access through another Internet service provider, please
use the SMTP server they provide.
For Port use 25. Clear the checkmark next to Use name and
password. Set Use secure connection (SSL) to Never. Click
the OK button.
It may also be necessary to click the Advanced
button and delete other duplicate or unneeded SMTP servers.

You should now be able to check your mail by clicking the
Get Msgs button on the toolbar.
